When Erwin Olaf died, 20 september 2023, a lot of people were mourning. Not only friends and family, but also photographers. But specifically also the LGBTQIA+ Community. Erwin Olaf had a special bond with the people of the community. I got to follow Daauwe and Milaan. They were on their way to the 'goodbye party' for Erwin Olaf.

A lot of different people were at the event. Here you can really see the impact Erwin Olaf had in the gay comunity. This series also represents being yourself and you shouldn't let anyone censor who you are.
